The good we secure for ourselves is precarious and uncertain until it is secured for all of us and incorporated into our common life.  — Jane Addams

In the Spring of 2018, Financial Wellness Institute and Land Dimensions engaged the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs, Rutgers Camden to write an investigative report on the foreclosure crisis in South Jersey.  The Rand Institute was engaged for the purpose of doing a deep dive into  the many facets of how the high cost of living in our State and the foreclosure crisis has affected our families, our neighborhoods and our towns.  As was anticipated, the problems were as bad as assumed.  Uncovering problems do not resolve the issues.  Along with the intent of finding the problems, was the intent of creating solutions through a multi-sector collaborative effort - REsolution.
