In 2018, Financial Wellness Institute and Land Dimensions engaged the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs, Rutgers, Camden, to do an investigation of the foreclosure problem in South Jersey and develop proposed strategies to address this issue.  The Report, "Turning Toxic Liabilities into Community Assets," was introduced at our first conference held in October, 2018, to a diverse group of multi-sector stakeholders. The Housing REsolution Initiative is a result of the Rand Report and the first conference.
